The PANIMALAR MEDICAL COLLEGE HOSPITAL & RESEARCH INSTITUTE Central Library is well equipped with Medical Books, CDs / DVDs, bound volumes, National and International Journals. The Library has a carpet area of 5587 square meters and spread over two floors with separate reading halls for students and staff members. The centrally air conditioned and automated library complements the rich learning experiences. A separate digital library with 58 computers having dedicated high speed internet connection is made available in the library premises.

The library has subscribed 40 National & International journals (print) and also subscribed 5823 E-journals & 17968 E-books (PROQUEST) in every year.
The central library has 10183 books of various departments.

We have many facilities which are designed to give you the ability to choose from different learning areas such as reading hall, stock room, Video/DVD room, Journal Section, Conference hall, Digital and Virtual library and outside reading hall.
